Explanation
NOTE
〜ばかり means "nothing but" or "only" — implying excess, repetition, or exclusivity.
彼はゲームをしてばかりいる。
He does nothing but play games.
Used after the te-form of a verb, this structure implies that someone performs a specific action excessively or exclusively.
NOTE
Two main structures: [V][て]ばかりいる (keeps doing only X) and [N]ばかり (nothing but N).
