Explanation
NOTE
〜はもちろん〜も means not only ... but also — X is obvious or goes without saying, and on top of that, Y is also the case.
英語はもちろん、日本語も話せる。
Not only English but also Japanese — I can speak both.
This structure is used to emphasize that something is a given, while adding another item that is also true.
NOTE
X is presented as something already known or expected, while Y adds something extra or surprising. Similar to English of course X, but also Y.
