Explanation
NOTE
〜につれて expresses that as X changes or progresses, Y correspondingly changes along with it.
時間が経つにつれて、気持ちが楽になった。
As time passed, I started to feel better.
Used here to express that one change happens gradually along with another continuous action.
NOTE
It follows the dictionary form of a verb or a noun directly. Both X and Y change together naturally.

Renshuu suru ni tsurete, jouzu ni naru.
As you practice, you get better.
