Explanation
NOTE
〜という理由で means "for the reason that" — citing a specific stated reason for an action or decision.
健康のためという理由で、肉を食べるのをやめた。
For the reason of health, I stopped eating meat.
This structure is used to explain the justification or motive behind an action.
NOTE
という connects a clause or noun to 理由 (reason); で marks it as cause. Common in formal or explanatory contexts.
