Explanation
NOTE
〜でよければ means if X is alright or if you don't mind X. It is used when offering something while humbly acknowledging it might not be ideal.
これでよければ、使ってください。
If this is alright, please use it.
Used to offer something humbly, implying that the speaker is uncertain if their offer meets the listener's expectations.
NOTE
でよければ shows consideration and politeness by giving the listener a graceful way to accept or decline an offer.
