NOTE
できれば means if possible. It is used to soften a request or preference, indicating you'd like something but understand if it cannot happen.
できれば、早めに来てほしい。
If possible, I'd like you to come early.

NOTE
できれば comes from できる (to be possible) + 〜れば (conditional). It makes speech more considerate and less demanding.
