NOTE
〜そうもない expresses that something seems very unlikely to happen. It is stronger than 〜なさそうだ.
彼は来そうもない。
There's no way he's going to come.
こ is the ます-stem of 来る (くる)
NOTE
It attaches to the ます-stem of a verb. It emphasizes that there is little or no prospect of the action occurring.
