Explanation
NOTE
〜ずにはいられない means the speaker cannot help doing something — they cannot resist the urge.
笑わずにはいられない。
I can't help but laugh.
笑う → 笑わ + ずにはいられない
NOTE
It uses the negative stem (ない-stem) of a verb. The irregular verb する becomes せずにはいられない.
気になって確認せずにはいられない。
I'm so curious that I can't help but check.
する → せ + ずにはいられない
