Explanation
NOTE

〜きる ④ derives from 切る and adds the sense of cutting through or breaking through something completely.

困難こんなんきった
I got through the difficulty.
In this context, 〜きる indicates completing or enduring a difficult situation until the very end.
NOTE

Common examples: みきる (take the plunge), りきる (accept pragmatically), りきる (get through / overcome).
