Explanation
NOTE
〜風に means in the manner of or in a X way — it describes how something is done.
彼は父親風に話す。
He speaks in the manner of a father.
風 (ふう) suggests style or manner; に turns it into an adverbial phrase modifying the verb.
NOTE
It often pairs with demonstratives like こんな風に (like this) or そんな風に (like that).
NOTE
Attach 〜風に directly to a noun to describe the style or way of an action.
