Explanation
NOTE

〜を除のぞいて means except for or excluding — it removes one item from a group.

日曜日にちようびを除のぞいて、毎日まいにち営業えいぎょうしています。
Except for Sundays, we are open every day.
The excluded item is marked with を, and 除いて comes from the verb 除く (to remove).
NOTE

Use this with nouns to indicate one exception within an otherwise general statement.

NOTE

Slightly formal — common in announcements, notices, and written Japanese. Similar to 〜以外.

Excluding some regions, it will be broadcast nationwide.
祝日しゅくじつを除のぞいて、図書館としょかんは毎日まいにち開あいている。
Shukujitsu wo nozoite, toshokan wa mainichi aite iru.
Except for holidays, the library is open every day.
