Explanation
NOTE
〜より他ない means have no choice but to V — used when the action that follows is the only remaining option.
電車が止まったので、歩くより他ない。
Since the train stopped, I have no choice but to walk.
Literally: *there is nothing other than V*.
NOTE
The tone is formal and often expresses resignation — the speaker accepts the action as unavoidable given the circumstances.
NOTE
To form it, attach より他ない directly to the dictionary form of a verb (待つ → 待つより他ない).

Since the company went bankrupt, I have no choice but to look for a new job.
本人が断った以上、あきらめるより他ない。
Honnin ga kotowatta ijou, akirameru yori hoka nai.
Given that the person himself refused, we have no choice but to give up.
