Explanation
NOTE

〜べき expresses what one should or ought to do — a moral, social, or logical obligation.

約束やくそくまもべきだ
You should keep your promises.
Often used to give advice or state a principle.
NOTE

It is stronger than 〜たほうがいい — closer to ought to or must in feeling.

NOTE

Attach べき directly to the dictionary form of a verb (行く → 行くべき).

NOTE

Note: する becomes either するべき or すべき — both forms are accepted.
