Explanation
NOTE
〜のみならず means not only X (but also Y) — a formal written expression used to add a second, often broader element.
彼は英語のみならず、中国語も話せる。
He can speak not only English but also Chinese.
The second clause often includes も, さえ, or まで to emphasize the additional element.
NOTE
〜のみならず is more formal than 〜だけでなく and is common in news, essays, and academic writing.
NOTE
With nouns, attach のみならず directly to the noun (国内 → 国内のみならず).

With verbs, attach のみならず to the plain dictionary form (増える → 増えるのみならず).
