NOTE
なんといっても means above all or no matter what one says — it stresses the most important factor.
なんといっても、健康が一番大切だ。
Above all, health is the most important thing.
Often paired with 一番 or expressions of ranking to highlight the top factor.

Use it to introduce the best reason, the biggest strength, or the decisive point in an argument.
NOTE
It works as an adverb at the start of a sentence — no special conjugation is needed.
