Explanation
NOTE
〜次第で means depending on or according to — used mid-sentence after a noun.
結果は努力次第で変わる。
The result will change depending on your effort.
The outcome of the second clause is determined by the noun before 次第で.
NOTE
Unlike sentence-final 次第だ, 〜次第で continues mid-sentence and modifies what follows.
NOTE
Attach 次第で directly to a noun — no particle in between (天気 → 天気次第で).
