Explanation
NOTE

さらに means furthermore, moreover, or additionally. It is used to add new information or to indicate that something happens on top of what was already mentioned.

あめっている。さらかぜつよくなってきた。
It's raining. Furthermore, the wind has gotten stronger.
Sentence-initial 更に connects two related statements, adding extra information.
NOTE

さらに can also appear mid-sentence to mean even more or still further, often modifying a verb or an amount.

かれ英語えいごはなせる。さら、フランスはなせる。
Kare wa eigo ga hanaseru. Sara ni, furansugo mo hanaseru.
He can speak English. Furthermore, he can also speak French.
値段ねだんがり、さら品質ひんしつくなった。
Nedan ga sagari, sara ni hinshitsu mo yoku natta.
The price went down, and moreover, the quality improved.
気温きおんさらがる見込みこみだ。
Kion wa sara ni sagaru mikomi da.
The temperature is expected to drop even further.
