Explanation
NOTE

〜に限かぎる means nothing beats X or X is the best — a strong personal recommendation.

夏なつはビールに限かぎる。
In summer, nothing beats beer.
Used to express the speaker's strong preference or recommendation.
NOTE

It expresses a positive judgment — this is the ideal choice — often based on personal experience.

NOTE

With nouns, attach に限る directly to the noun (ビール → ビールに限る).
