NOTE
〜に相違ない means no doubt that or surely — a formal, literary version of 〜に違いない.
犯人は彼に相違ない。
The culprit is no doubt him.
Common in news reports, written statements, and formal speeches.
NOTE
The speaker expresses strong conviction based on evidence or reasoning — rarely used in casual conversation.
NOTE
With nouns, attach に相違ない directly to the dictionary form (彼 → 彼に相違ない).
