Explanation

NOTE

〜にて means at, in, by — a formal/written equivalent of the particle で.

東京とうきょう支店してんにて会議かいぎを行おこないます。

The meeting will be held at the Tokyo branch.

Used in formal announcements and business documents instead of で.

NOTE

〜にて attaches directly to a noun indicating a location, means, or time.

NOTE

Common in letters, announcements, business documents, and formal speeches — rarely used in casual conversation.
