Explanation
NOTE
〜につき means per or for each — a formal marker stating a rate per unit (per person, per day, etc.).
お一人につき、一枚までお取りください。
Please take up to one per person.
Common in shops, events, and official notices.
NOTE
This is the rate/measure sense — distinct from 〜につき ① which means due to. Context tells them apart.
NOTE
Attach directly to a counted noun — typically a unit like 人, 日, 個, 回 (一人 → 一人につき).
STRUCTURE

につき入場料は一人につき、千円です。
Nyūjōryō wa hitori ni tsuki, sen-en desu.
The entrance fee is 1,000 yen per person.
卵は１個につき、２０円です。
Tamago wa ikko ni tsuki, nijū-en desu.
The eggs are 20 yen for each one.
一回につき、五冊まで本を借りられます。
Ikkai ni tsuki, gosatsu made hon o kariraremasu.
