Explanation
NOTE
〜にしろ〜にしろ means whether X or Y — both options lead to the same conclusion.
賛成にしろ反対にしろ、意見を言うべきだ。
Whether you agree or disagree, you should voice your opinion.
Used to list two alternatives that both lead to the same result.
NOTE
It is formal and often appears in writing or careful speech, expressing a firm conclusion.
NOTE
Attach にしろ to nouns or the dictionary form of verbs and adjectives for both slots.
