Explanation
NOTE

〜なくはない is a double negative meaning it's not that ~ doesn't or it's possible to ~. It gives a mild, reserved positive answer.

納豆なっとうなくはないけど、きじゃない。
It's not that I don't eat natto, but I don't like it.
Used to give a softened, hedged affirmation — *I do, but reluctantly*.
NOTE

Compared to a direct yes, 〜なくはない sounds hesitant — the speaker admits the possibility while leaving room for reservation.

NOTE

With verbs, attach なくはない to the ない-stem of the verb (行く → 行かない → 行かなくはない).

With i-adjectives, replace the final with くはない (高い → 高くはない). This gives the meaning it's not that it isn't ~.
