Explanation
NOTE
〜おそれがある means there is a risk/fear of X — used to warn that something undesirable might happen.
台風で停電するおそれがある。
There is a risk of a power outage due to the typhoon.
Common in news, weather forecasts, and official warnings.
NOTE
It is formal and only used for negative possibilities — never for good outcomes like might win or might succeed.
NOTE
With verbs, attach おそれがある directly to the dictionary form (落ちる → 落ちるおそれがある).

With nouns, connect with の before おそれがある (火事 → 火事のおそれがある).
