Explanation
NOTE

〜（ろ）うが means even if / no matter — the result stays the same whatever happens.

雨あめが降ふろうが、試合しあいは行おこなわれる。
Even if it rains, the match will be held.
NOTE

It is formal and emphatic. The speaker stresses that no condition will change the outcome.

何なにを言いわれようが、私わたしは気きにしない。
No matter what is said, I do not care.
The result clause states a fixed attitude or fact unaffected by the condition.
NOTE

Attach が to the volitional form of a verb. Take 書く, make 書こう, then add が.

Even if it rains tomorrow, I will go out as planned.
誰だれが何なにを言いおうが、私わたしは夢ゆめを諦あきらめません。
Dare ga nani o iou ga, watashi wa yume o akiramemasen.
No matter what anyone says, I will not give up on my dream.
彼かれが何度なんど来こようが、心こころは変かわりません。
Kare ga nando koyou ga, kokoro wa kawarimasen.
No matter how many times he comes, my feelings will not change.
