Explanation
NOTE
These three patterns all mean regardless of — a result holds no matter what the noun before them is.
NOTE
いかん means how things turn out. They are very formal and used in writing or official notices.
NOTE
First variant: 〜のいかんによらず. Attach のいかんによらず directly to a noun.
理由のいかんによらず、遅刻は認められない。
Regardless of the reason, lateness is not accepted.
STRUCTURE
