Explanation
NOTE
〜に足りない means not worthy of — something does not deserve the action that follows.
そんな話は信じるに足りない。
Such a story is not worth believing.
NOTE
It is formal and literary. It often dismisses something as too trivial to bother with.
彼の意見は考えるに足りない。
His opinion is not worth considering.
The subject is judged too unimportant to deserve the action.
NOTE
Attach に足りない to a verb in dictionary form. The result is a negative judgment of worth.

That movie is not worth going all the way to the theater to see.
