Explanation
NOTE

〜にしてみれば means from someone's point of view — how a situation looks to that person.

親おやにしてみれば、子供こどもはいつまでも心配しんぱいだ。
From a parent's point of view, children are always a worry.
NOTE

It often shows a feeling or judgment that may differ from how others see things.

学生がくせいにしてみれば、テストは多おおすぎる。
From a student's point of view, there are too many tests.
The person before にしてみれば is whose perspective the speaker is imagining.
NOTE

Attach にしてみれば directly to a noun — usually a person or group.
