Explanation
NOTE
〜ないものでもない means it is not impossible that — the speaker admits something might happen.
条件がよければ、引き受けないものでもない。
If the conditions are good, I might just take it on.
NOTE
It is a formal double negative. It expresses reluctant or conditional agreement, not strong willingness.
努力すれば、合格できないものでもない。
If you make an effort, it is not impossible to pass.
