Explanation
NOTE
〜といい〜といい means both... and — it lists two examples to show a quality applies broadly.
この店は、味といい値段といい最高だ。
Both the taste and the price, this shop is the best.
NOTE
The speaker picks two representative points and gives an overall evaluation, often praise or complaint.
彼は性格といい能力といい、リーダーに向いている。
Both his personality and his ability — he is suited to be a leader.
The two listed nouns are examples; the conclusion applies to the whole.
NOTE
Attach といい directly after each noun. The same particle is repeated for both items.

Seikaku to ii atama to ii, kare wa hi no uchidokoro ga nai.
