NOTE
〜とあって means because — a special situation naturally leads to a certain result.
連休とあって、駅は人でいっぱいだった。
Because it was a long weekend, the station was full of people.
NOTE
It is formal and often used in news writing. The result is a natural consequence of the special situation.
有名な歌手が来るとあって、会場は満員になった。
Because a famous singer was coming, the venue became full.
とあって describes a real, present situation and its expected outcome.
NOTE
Attach とあって directly to a verb or noun in plain form. With a noun, no だ is needed.
STRUCTURE

とあって夏休みとあって、遊園地は大にぎわいだ。
Natsuyasumi to atte, yuuenchi wa oonigiwai da.
Because it was summer vacation, the amusement park was very lively.
初優勝とあって、町中が喜んだ。
Hatsu yuushou to atte, machijuu ga yorokonda.
Because it was the first championship win, the whole town rejoiced.
人気の映画とあって、切符はすぐ売り切れた。
Ninki no eiga to atte, kippu wa sugu urikireta.
Because it was a popular movie, the tickets sold out quickly.
NOTE
〜とあれば means if it is for — if a special situation arises, one is willing to do something normally avoided.
子供のためとあれば、どんな苦労もいとわない。
If it is for my children, I do not mind any hardship.
NOTE
Attach とあれば directly to a verb or noun in plain form. The result shows strong determination.

Shigoto to areba, kyuujitsu demo dekakeru.
