Explanation
NOTE
〜ての〜 means doing x based on y — an action is only possible because of some prior support or condition.
これは皆さんの協力あっての成功です。
This is a success based on everyone's cooperation.
NOTE
It is formal and emphasizes that y is essential — without y, x could never exist.
家族の支えあっての今の私です。
I am who I am today thanks to my family's support.
The noun after の names the thing that owes its existence to y.
NOTE
Attach あっての to a noun (the support y), then follow with another noun (the result x).
