Explanation
NOTE
〜だけ ③ means did everything one could — every possible effort was made, leaving no regrets.
やるだけのことはやったので、後悔はない。
I did everything I could, so I have no regrets.
NOTE
The same verb is usually repeated: やるだけやった (did all the doing one could do).
練習は毎日やるだけやった。
I did all the practice I could every day.
The first verb is in dictionary form, the second repeats the verb in past tense.
NOTE
It carries a tone of acceptance — the speaker tried fully, so whatever the outcome, they can let go.
NOTE
Attach だけ to a verb in dictionary form, then repeat the same verb in past tense.

Iu dake itta node, mou ki ga sunda.
I said everything I wanted to say, so now I feel satisfied.

I investigated as much as I could, but I could not find the answer.
食べるだけ食べたら、お腹がいっぱいになった。
Taberu dake tabetara, onaka ga ippai ni natta.
After I ate all I could, my stomach was full.
