Explanation
NOTE
〜の至り means the utmost — it shows an emotion is felt to its highest, extreme degree.
このような賞をいただき、光栄の至りです。
Receiving such an award is the utmost honor.
NOTE
It is formal and used in speeches or writing, mostly with set emotion words like 光栄 or 感激.
皆様にお会いでき、感激の至りです。
Being able to meet everyone fills me with the utmost emotion.
の至り is typical of formal greetings and ceremonial speech.
NOTE
Attach の至り directly to a noun of emotion, such as 光栄 or 赤面. No particle comes between them.
