Explanation
NOTE
〜に言わせると means if you ask ... or in ...'s opinion — it presents someone's personal view.
父に言わせると、この車は高すぎる。
If you ask my father, this car is too expensive.
NOTE
It is used to report what that person would say — often a subjective or critical opinion.
専門家に言わせると、この計画は危険だそうだ。
In the experts' opinion, this plan is dangerous.
The opinion that follows often differs from the speaker's own view.
NOTE
Attach に言わせると to a noun referring to a person or group whose view is being reported.
