NOTE
〜に纏わる means surrounding or related to — it links something closely to a topic.
この城に纏わる伝説は有名だ。
The legend surrounding this castle is famous.
NOTE
It is formal and literary. It often connects to stories, traditions, or memories tied to a thing.
祖母は戦争に纏わる話をしてくれた。
My grandmother told me stories related to the war.
〜に纏わる is usually followed by a noun such as 話 or 伝説.
NOTE
Attach に纏わる directly to a noun. It then modifies a following noun.
