〜にたえない means cannot help feeling — a deep emotion overflows and cannot be held back.

NOTE
It is formal and used in speeches. It pairs only with emotion noun words like 感謝, 感激, or 喜び.
受賞できて感激にたえない。
I cannot help feeling deeply moved to have won the award.
Unlike sense ①, this sense attaches to a noun and expresses an overwhelming positive emotion.
NOTE
Attach にたえない to an emotion noun to say the speaker is overcome by that feeling.
