NOTE
〜にかたくない means easy to imagine or guess — it is not hard to picture the situation.
彼の気持ちは想像にかたくない。
His feelings are easy to imagine.
NOTE
It is formal and literary. It pairs mostly with 想像 (imagine) and 察する (guess).
両親の苦労は察するにかたくない。
My parents' hardship is easy to guess.
The subject is usually someone's feelings, hardship, or a likely outcome.
NOTE
Attach にかたくない to a verb in dictionary form, such as 想像する or 察する.
