Explanation
NOTE
〜なら〜で means if ~ should — even in a certain situation, things still work out one way.
お金がないならないで、何とかなる。
Even if we have no money, we'll manage somehow.
NOTE
The same word is repeated around なら and で. It says a situation is acceptable, not a problem.
暇なら暇で、やることはたくさんある。
If I should be free, well, there's plenty to do.
The tone is calm acceptance — the situation is fine as it is.
NOTE
With a verb, repeat the plain form: 降るなら降るで. It is casual and conversational.
STRUCTURE

で雨が降るなら降るで、家で本を読む。
Ame ga furu nara furu de, ie de hon o yomu.
If it should rain, well, I'll read a book at home.
勝てなくても、負けるなら負けるで、経験になる。
Katenakute mo, makeru nara makeru de, keiken ni naru.
Even if we should lose, well, it'll be good experience.
会えないなら会えないで、メールで話せばいい。
Aenai nara aenai de, meeru de hanaseba ii.
If we can't meet, well, we can just talk by email.
NOTE
With a noun or na-adjective, repeat the word plainly: 暇なら暇で, 学生なら学生で.

Gakusei nara gakusei de, yaru beki koto ga aru.
If you should be a student, well, there are things you ought to do.
静かなら静かで、よく眠れる。
Shizuka nara shizuka de, yoku nemureru.
If it should be quiet, well, I can sleep well.
休みなら休みで、ゆっくり過ごせる。
Yasumi nara yasumi de, yukkuri sugoseru.
If it should be a day off, well, I can relax.
