NOTE

〜ても差し支えない means may or is it a problem if — it says doing something causes no trouble.

ここで写真しゃしんを撮とっても差さし支つかえない。

NOTE

It is formal and is much like 〜てもいい, but sounds more polite and is common in official or written contexts.

明日あした休やすんでも差さし支つかえないでしょうか。
Is it a problem if I take tomorrow off?
Adding でしょうか turns the phrase into a polite request for permission.
NOTE

For a verb, take the te-form and add も差し支えない.
