NOTE
〜ったら means extremely — it stresses a quality so strong that words cannot express it.
あの映画ったら、怖かった。
That movie — it was incredibly scary.
NOTE
It is casual and emotional. The speaker raises a topic, then bursts out with a strong feeling about it.
今日の天気ったら、ひどかったよ。
Today's weather — it was just awful.
The comment after ったら carries the speaker's strong emotional reaction.
NOTE
Attach ったら directly to a noun — usually a topic the speaker wants to exclaim about.
