NOTE
〜だろうが means even if / no matter — the result stays the same whatever the situation is.
子供だろうが、ルールは守るべきだ。
No matter if it's a child, the rules must be followed.
NOTE
It is emphatic and formal. The speaker dismisses the condition as irrelevant to the outcome.
天気が不安定だろうが、試合は行われる。
Even if the weather is unstable, the match will be held.
It is often used to insist that no condition can change the result.
NOTE
Attach だろうが directly to a noun. No particle comes between the noun and だろうが.
