Explanation
NOTE
〜だろうが〜だろうが means whether... or... — it lists two cases and says the result is the same either way.
雨だろうが雪だろうが、試合は行われる。
Whether it rains or snows, the match will be held.
NOTE
It is emphatic and shows the speaker's firm attitude — the listed conditions do not change the outcome.
高かろうが安かろうが、必要な物は買う。
Whether it is expensive or cheap, I will buy what I need.
The two listed items are usually opposites or a contrasting pair.
NOTE
With a noun or na-adjective, attach だろうが to the plain word for each of the two slots.

Otona darou ga kodomo darou ga, ruuru wa mamoru beki da.
Whether adult or child, everyone should follow the rules.

Kyuujitsu darou ga heijitsu darou ga, kare wa hataraku.
Whether it is a holiday or a weekday, he works.
金持ちだろうが貧乏だろうが、命は平等だ。
Kanemochi darou ga binbou darou ga, inochi wa byoudou da.
Whether rich or poor, life is equal.
NOTE
With an i-adjective, drop the final い and add かろうが to each of the two slots.
