NOTE
〜きらいがある means to have a tendency to — it always describes an unwanted or negative habit.

He has a tendency to think badly of things.
NOTE
It is somewhat formal and is used to criticize a fault or undesirable inclination, never a good trait.
現代人は運動不足のきらいがある。
Modern people have a tendency to lack exercise.
With a noun, attach の before きらいがある.
